The application of safety instrument system, can effectively reduce the safety accidents, also can protect the safety of personnel and equipment and reduce economic loss.At present, the oil depot in facing the application of safety instrument by the designer is still not enough attention, the design of the safety instrument system is incomplete, most of the oil reservoir is obsolete equipment, technology innovation, not the factory management system is not perfect. As a result of the oil depot construction scale continues to expand, it in the event of accident, the damage is more and more serious., therefore, is related to people’s life safety and pollution of the environment of safety instrument system planning and design research is significant, is critical. So, to guarantee the safety instrument system design reasonably is one of the important problems we currently have to solve.This paper studies the distribution of oil plant project Nicaragua safety instrument system architecture, design and selection. Introduces the basic theory and principle of safety instrument system, and puts forward the distribution of oil plant overall security architecture, in detail elaborated the safety instrument system design, technical comparison and selection of system test requirements and results.The design and implementation of the safety instrument system in oil distribution factory of Nicaragua,which realize safety operation in every link like receiving, storage,scheduling, canned and ensure the effective monitoring and control of the fire.thus,personal safety,the protection of equipment and environment are all ensured. |
