| Nowadays,with the industrial production becoming more and more automatic,the security assurance of equipment in the field of domestic petrochemical industry is also be paid more and more attention.The safety integrity level(SIL)assessment can judge whether the safety function of the safety instrument system is in normal running scientifically and effectively.It also can prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in time.The SIL evaluation,which needs the support of a large number of basic data,having a various method and more complicated process of calculating.Therefore,the aid of computer is of great significance to improve the efficiency of evaluation.There are two core elements in developing a software,which can assess the safety and integrity of safety instrument system of petrochemical equipment: an integrated and credible database and an accurate method of calculating.This paper's main work lies in designing this software,which is suitable for evaluating the safety of domestic petrochemical instrument system and being applied in domestic petrochemical projects.This paper mainly discusses the process of designing a credible database and evaluation software,introduces the sources and method of building a reliability database,describes the operation of an evaluation software that is designed in this paper.Through three examples,shows the feasibility and accuracy of this software in reliability analysis,compare and analyze the difference and characteristics of this software and other domestic kind of software,validates that even when there are short of some reliability data,this software still can work by reliability database and parameter estimation formulas.From the point of concept of scientific development,the software designed by this paper can adapt to the trend of automatic industry,conform to the requirements of the scientific safety production and improve the level and efficiency of in specific projects,which has the practical significance. |
