In recent years, waste incineration for power generation technology has gradually become the mainstream of urban living garbage processing China technology, garbage incineration industry achieved rapid development. In the process of waste incineration power plant will produce a high concentration of leachate, need for processing. According to our country and characteristics of landfill leachate, leachate treatment currently mainstream technology for pretreatment,biochemical treatment and advanced treatment. After three stages of development, leachate treatment technology has made great progress.in recent years, The everbright international gets more waste incineration power plant design and operation of leachate projects and development are summarized.This study through the analysis of yixing, jinan, changzhou, suzhou and if garbage leachate characteristics of water quality and quantity of the project, for the purpose of the design parameters and operation after compares the actual situation. This paper proposes a method to determine the design scale. At the same time put forward the determination of waste incineration plant leachate quality should be the actual measurement shall prevail, when unable to get the actual data, waste incineration power plant should be based on the similar area reasonably selecting measured data.On conculusion the water quality of landfill leachate and process design parameters, the operating condition of the processing unit and operation cost of the Jiangyin first and second period, the changzhou first and secondperiod, suzhou project,pretreatment,UBF,SBR and advanced treatment, process is effective. But there are also some problems. Part project preprocessing to remove ammonia and coagulation sedimentation process, but the actual operation shows that ammonia to remove system running cost is high, to remove the effect is not stable, directly by biochemical system completely feasible removing ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, ammonia is not recommended to remove, after the cancellation of pretreatment system dosing, the system can still run normally, the effluent is stable. Therefore, the optimized pretreatment, UBF, SBR, membrane process combination, is determined as a reasonable biochemical load and residence time. It can not only achieve processing standards, but also reduce direct operating cost greatly.According to the analysis of water quality, water quantity and process optimization, zhenjiang project design, and to evaluate the running situation, according to zhenjiang project after the operation of various data analysis, validate the optimization measures and the rationality and effectiveness of the process parameters, provide the basis for other project scheme in the leachate technology.
