Tolerance is Size parameters of the components of the product scope change, is the embodiment of mechanical precision, is an important index of mechanical product design and manufacturing. Tolerance affecting product quality and processing costs and thus to affect their competitiveness. Taking gear pump as an example, in the whole life cycle, combined with the manufacturing tolerances and related data, performance, cost and other service stage, binding kinetics, tribology research stage gear pump decay mechanism in service quality and uncertainty, to discuss the distribution of its components fail, the key components of its characteristics of tolerance design study conducted to establish order processing costs, loss of quality, output flow for the objective function tolerance multi-objective optimization model.
