In recent years, the hydropower project is developing very fast in China,along with its promoting the social economy, the eco-environment problems caused by it were also brought out obviously,and the problems are becoming the the important restricting factor of the socio-economic development. In order to realize the sustainable and healthy development of economy,we must pay more attention to the eco-environment’s protection and management to solve the eco-environment problems at present.The main achievements obtained are as follows:(1)By the systematic analyzing of the WECC’ s connotation, characteristic, influencing factors, index system and studying the method of determining the weight of the index system, the paper determines the index system of WECC in Taizi River basin and the weight of each index system.(2)According to the model of the basin’s eco-environmental water demand, the paper calculates out the basin’s total water demand changing monthly and yearly in different years, as a result, finds out the basin’s eco-environmental water demand in Taizi River basin.The the basin’s total water demand of the Taizi river is mainly concentrated in the flood season,the amount of it depends on the precipitation and the the basin’s total water demand of the district. In different 20%/、50% and 75% years, the basin’s total water respectively demands is 52.21 billionm3、25.98 billionm33'20.37 billionm3.(3)It makes a simulated predict on the concentration of COD and NH3-N in the main river of Taizi River basin for the flows under different frequencies by One-dimensional water model, calculates out the COD and NH3-N′s water capacity of the flow under the same frequency in the controlled sections.(4)The paper builds the WECC model of system dynamics in Taizi River basin. It designs 11 different programs, simulates the WECC of each program to analyzes the WECC in different programs. Finally, it confirms the effect of improving the comprehensive utilization of water ecological carrying is the most obviously;and the effect of individual plan by improving industrial water repetition rate、improving production process and strengthening macro control is obviously; the effect of other plans by improving industrial water conservancy coefficient 、 reducing the water consumption quota for irrigation、construction of cannal seepage control and improving the sewage treatment rate are not obviously.
