China is the largest producer of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which is Closely linked with people’s lives.The quality of TCM products has attracted increasing attention, while the energy consumption in the production process of TCM has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, TCM production enterprises spend more and more emphasis on energy management and optimization of the production process of TCM. Construction of Chinese pharmaceutical process energy management control system helps to improve the level of information of Chinese enterprises, and enhance productivity. Studying on Chinese pharmaceutical optimal control strategy will help to improve the utilization of TCM raw materials, reduce energy consumption, improve the quality and competitiveness of products, and has long-term significances in the development of TCM.This subject studied medicine production process monitoring and energy management system with a distributed, open architecture design,and combined TCM extraction, concentration, alcohol precipitation and other processes with the industrial network technology,and designed the TCM production process monitoring and energy management systems from acquisition and control layer,data service layer, Process monitoring layer and application layer. Finally achieved production process energy information automatically collected,analyzed and managed to improve the information level of modern Pharmacy.After the TCM production process energy management system was built,then studying production control strategy optimization on extraction section. TCM extraction process belongs to industry sectors.According to its nonlinear, large time delay, strong coupling and other complex characteristics,we propose to use the hybrid intelligent optimal control strategy,which is integrated with pre-set model, feedback compensation model, feedforward compensation model and the concentration of forecasting model. The extraction section of the final control target extraction rate was controlled within a preset range, thereby the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine extract process is increased,and the product quality is improved.
