In recent years,the National Energy Board has always stressed the importance of strengthening energy management and the management level of energy conservation of key consuming units.The tobacco industry is a major tax payer and a key energy consuming unit.Its energy saving management is very important.Tobacco distribution center is a significant component part of the tobacco industry.With the large-scale and multifunctional functions of the combinated workshops,its service items continue to increase.The types of electromechanical equipment are increasing gradually,the technical performance is becoming more and more complex,and the energy consumption problem is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,in view of the main characteristics of the electrical equipment used in the combinated work room of the tobacco distribution center,it is urgent to research and develop an efficient power optimization management system to carry out energy-saving optimization control.The energy consumption equipment of the combinated workshop of tobacco distribution center includes: lighting system,air conditioning system,packaging machine heating system,automatic storage and sorting machine.Among them,lighting system,air conditioning system and packaging machine heating system have the largest power consumption and the most potential energy saving potential.Therefore,based on the analysis of the working characteristics of these three energy consuming systems,Based on the improved optics clustering algorithm,equivalent temperature and zone control method and multivariable decoupling control algorithm,the energy saving strategy of lighting system,air conditioning system and packaging machine heating system in the joint workshop of tobacco distribution center is studied.The corresponding power management system is developed to reduce the energy consumption of the joint workshop of tobacco distribution center.The main research work is as follows:First of all,in view of the single control mode of lighting system,the corresponding lighting area can not be opened according to the actual working needs of the packaging machine,sorting machine and other equipment,and the single lighting intensity can not meet the actual production needs of the joint workshop.Then the problem of large power consumption is caused.Through the improved optics clustering algorithm and other theories,the data of personnel location data in the joint workshop are clustered to get the location and quantity of lamps and lanterns that need to be opened under different conditions.The illumination intensity is judged by the illuminance meter and other equipment,and finally the optimization control of the lighting system is realized by combining the PCC controller.The electric energy can be effectively reduced by reducing the illumination area and adjusting the brightness of the lamp.Secondly,aiming at the low level of automatic control of air conditioning units,it often results in the phenomenon that the room temperature is undercooled(below the set point)or the temperature is too high at room temperature(higher than the set value)in summer,and the temperature and humidity regulation can not satisfy the cigarette storage conditions,resulting in a large amount of energy consumption.Combined with the control of fresh air volume and the division of working modes in spring and autumn,the air conditioning unit operation and management mode is designed to save energy consumption.Considering the special situations such as outbreaks,the operation mode of special period is put forward.Then,the packaging machine heating system has serious problems such as large delay,large inertia,long delay and temperature interval coupling,resulting in low temperature control accuracy and large heat loss.A strategy of energy saving for packaging machine heating system based on multivariable decoupling control algorithm is proposed.The corresponding temperature control system is designed with PCC controller to improve the accuracy of temperature control and reduce the heat loss to save energy.Finally,in the process of data acquisition and monitoring,random interference signals such as impulsive interference are applied.The amplitude limiting anti pulse interference moving average algorithm is applied to deal with real-time power signal data,while solving these interference signals,and effectively avoiding the phenomenon of signal distortion.After the design of the system is completed,the energy saving effect is tested.The results demonstrate that: compared with the total energy consumption of the combined workshop before the use of the power management system,the total energy consumption of the combined workshop after using the power management system has significantly decreased,and the energy saving effect is good.The applicability and the use value of the system are verified.
