| Ceramic material as non-metallic construction materials, it occupies an important place in the development of modern machinery, especially in the production of bearing rolling, produce high performance of ceramic ball bearings, improves the performance of bearings. It be used in high-speed machine tool and aerospace, non-magnetic environment, high temperature environment and so on. In this paper,we mainly study the silicon nitride ceramic balls,we think about how to improve the processing efficiency and accuracy。By combine theory and the finite element simulation, exploration of silicon nitride ceramic balls in the process by the process of impact selection process optimization to improve processing efficiency and precision.The main contents of the paper:1.Know about the properties of ceramics,the development of ceramic,the research at home and abroad.2.The production difficulties include not only for forming of ceramic ball ball lapping, its rough ball is hindering the development of application problems, mainly on Taiwan’s mature making process improvements and some scholars.3.Understand the ball trajectory and grinding processes in the process of grinding, The influence of technological parameters and equipment in grinding process.4. Though thethermal analysis and coupled Thermo-mechanical analysis, analytical processing under heat and force of the radial and axial movements through the movement of ceramic balls in grinding wheels and static analysis, considering improvements to the grinding grooves, and improving the impact of the ball after processing.This paper, taking into account the impact on processing efficiency and precision technology and equipment, and in fact suitable machine and from the actual processing to optimize processing, determining the reliability of research results. |
