Under the condition of fixed rubber and plastic than of EPDM-POE/PP (70/30),this paper finished the preparation of EPDM-POE/PP elastomer by adding different amount of crosslinking agent.Such as dicumyl peroxide(DCP),2,5-dimethyl-2,5-two (tert butyl peroxide) hexane(double 2,5) and aid crosslinking agent triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC) and talcum powder. Not only researched the performance and the crosslinking density of the system, but also tested the crystallization properties and rheological property. Second also studied the DCP, maleic anhydride and thermoplastic elastomer on the mechanical behavior of poly vinyl butyral(PVB)/PP blend system. The results showed that:In the system of fixed rubber than EPDM-POE/PP, the blending system had better mechanical properties when the amount of DCP was 1.5 PHR. In the system of double 2,5, the best dosage was 2.0 PHR. When added TAIC to the above two systems respectively, the quantity of comprehensive performance was better when 1.5 PHR. Within the system of talcum powder, the mechanics performance was the best when talcum powder dosage was 12 PHR.Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) showed:the addition of different dosage of DCP made the crosslinking density of the elastomer first increased then decreased, which was maximum when at the amount of 1.5 PHR. And the viscosity of system was decreased. In different system, the largest crosslinking density was the double 2,5 system.DSC analysis showed that the addition of the DCP and double 2,5 increased the nucleation rate of the system,which had the effect of the nucleating agent. To some extent, they were conducive to crystallization.If added an excessive amount of them,the crosslinking density would be too large which made the ability of chain segment motion reduced and viscosity increased.Then the neat stack was more difficult.As a result,the nucleation rate declined.Through the study of the rheological analysis for viscoelastic properties, the system of viscoelasticity was gradually increasing with the increase of frequency. The addition of different dosage of auxiliaries made the viscosity and elasticity have a larger degree of growth.In the system of PVB/PP, the blending system had good mechanical properties when the dosage of DCP was 2.0 PHR.And the addition of maleic anhydride made the system of the crosslinking density increased.In the system of added different thermoplastic elastomer, the comprehensive performance of the system was the best after joined ionic bonding polymer sarin.
