Chemical industry is an important pillar of the national economy. With the development of economy and society, environmental pollution emergencies occur frequently not only at home but also abroad. It makes a serious impact on local economic development, while also seriously affecting the harmony and stability of human health and society. To achieve sustainable development of the economy and the environment, you can not take the old road after pollution, but to prevent the occurrence of various types of environmental emergencies from the source. Environmental risk control is the fundamental way to reduce the environmental damage from the roots. The research methods of environmental risk prevention can provide a targeted guidance for chemical park government departments, business managers, business operators and other environmental risk prevention and control. This paper uses literature search method, a typical survey, qualitative and quantitative research method of combining typical case study method for the prevention and control of environmental risks related to the actual problem to start a more systematic study. Through a comprehensive literature search method theoretical understanding of environmental risk prevention and control knowledge, this paper masters the environmental risk factor identification, prediction and evaluation of the basic concepts of risk, risk management, risk and other plans to build. It focuses on the prevention and control of environmental risks of foreign research progress, as well as prevention and control of environmental risks undertaken, especially in the chemical park reference prevention and control of environmental risks. A typical survey accurately identify environmental risk factors within the chemical park. Atmospheric Environment Risk chemical park is mainly caused by the leakage of chemicals, water and soil pollution, as well as fire and explosion risks due to the warehousing, logistics process arising from improper operation. Qualitative and quantitative research methods focus on combining various risks of chemical parks exist to predict and evaluate. Proliferation of toxic and harmful substances in the atmosphere by atmospheric dispersion model to predict multi-puff model. Two-dimensional and two-dimensional model of water quality model of risk factors for quantitative analysis of water. Ecological destruction, fire and explosion risks places qualitative research methods to evaluate and predict. This article focuses on the chemical park environmental risk prediction and evaluation is not limited to toxic and hazardous chemicals, but also takes into account the adverse effects of both non-chemical factors on the local environment. In this paper, both single-factor analysis of the environmental risks, but also properly considering the impact of the combined effects of multiple factors, the systematic study of environmental risk prevention and control of chemical park.Text in Jiangsu Suopu Chemical Industry Park as a typical case, detailing all sources combed the park, and from environmental risk factors identified, carried out a detailed and comprehensive chemical park Thorpe prediction and evaluation of environmental risks. The park is mainly for the chemical products of petroleum products, the presence of gas, water, solid waste, noise and eco-risk sources and the risk of fire and explosion source. Atmospheric dispersion model is the focus of the case. Under different atmospheric stability, five minutes after discharge, Cl2 maximum ground concentration of 45.54~166.77mg/m3, far more than the standard limit; CO maximum ground concentration of 4390~5388 mg/m3,beyond the standard range; H2S maximum ground concentration of 41.28~50.67 mg/m3, beyond the standard range. With the extension of the discharge time, the concentration of gaseous pollutants generally increases first and then decreases until it reaches the standard range. Water environment risk prediction and assessment, the article focuses on selected aspects of this model from the water, the water quality model, boundary conditions, solving the model and the model parameters were detailed study. Each fall under emergency circumstances where the largest concentration of incremental conservation objectives for each section of the pollution factor in Thorpe water intakes maximum concentration value, COD value 0.0325mg/L; following up urgent cases, the water intake is 0.1072 mg COD L, predicted concentration values of each factor/above two cases are lower than the standard value ii Grade. herefore, the water quality of the Yangtze River Water Environmental Risk will bring some influence, and the outfall near pollution is more serious, but does not affect the implementation of various conservation goals II water quality standards for the water environment should focus on risk prevention and control of chemical Thorpe Park the rise anxious accident. For explosions may occur, this paper considers the impact of explosives into account the number and distance of the accident, and select methanol as a predictor. Fire and Explosion predicted by the formula calculated:property damage radius is 52.68 meters, death radius is 97.77 meters, injured radius is 107.3 meters. Chemical Industry Park is a high risk of fire and explosion accident area, conducting environmental risk prevention and control research should be carried out as a major risk factor identification, prediction and prevention, thereby reducing the probability of its occurrence. Construction and operation of chemical park surrounding ecological environment will bring some influence, should pay attention to the protection of sturgeon and other rare animals. This article briefly describes the chemical park Thorpe environmental management methods and approaches to study and formulate the appropriate environmental management measures proposed reasonable and feasible contingency plans. The results of this study have some systemic, can provide a reference for government departments, corporate management decisions, as well as similar industries to carry out environmental risk prevention.
