| With the widely application of the machine,evaluate its parts production process’ s green degree to minimum material consumption, energy consumption and environment pollution of the production process. It not only can meet the demands of sustainable development, but also has an important significance to improve the level of manufacturing industry in our country. This paper supported by the National High-Tech.R&D Program, made a deep study on Evaluation Method of Green Degree for Machine tool manufacturing process and its Evaluation System based on widely refer to the domestic and foreign literature and collecting experience data in Machine tool manufacturing company.Firstly, This paper described the background and significance of the research,an overview of the domestic and foreign research, the source of the topic, and then presents the structure and related content.This paper defined and analyzed the Green Degree for Machine tool manufacturing process, built IPO model of process, established comprehensive evaluation index system of process’ s green degree. The data collection methods and quantitative methods are proposed in detail.Based on analysis of various evaluation method, a method applying the Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process combine with Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the green degree of process of production. The paper has made improvement to the Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process, then described its basic principle and steps. The Green Degree for Machine tool manufacturing process was evaluated by the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model.Though the orthogonal experiment on the turning process of camshaft grinding machine spindle sleeve, the relative data were collected. The green degree of turning process were comprehensive evaluated under different parameters of the turning process, then optimized the best group of process parameters.Based on the above-metioned study, the typical machine tool parts production process of green degree evaluation system were build by the tool of C + + Builder6 combined with SQL Sever2008 database storage function. The structure and function were analyzed. Three modules of the system were introduced in detail. Then the design of three modules of the system was describe and the system developmenttools and environment configuration were introduced. At last, the green degree evaluation system flow were analyzed and the operation steps and interface design of the system were introduced in detail. |
