| In order to ensure that the Jurong river water function of normal play, study on the dynamic change of the water quality, and analyze its influence factors, has the profound significance to the development of social economy in Jurong city, but also conducive to the coordinated development of economy, society and environment in Jurong city,the real implementation of the scientific development.This article, by using of Sancha bridge, Zhao Wenshan, South Gate Bridge, Fang Jiaba five monitoring sections of 2001～2010 years of monitoring data analysis, studies the variation characteristics in recent years, the water quality of Jurong River, on the use of the single factor index method and comprehensive pollution index of the two kinds of methods to analyze and evaluate the water environment quality situation of Jurong, and discusses the factors affecting the variation of main pollution indexes of water quality of Jurong River, and then put forward the corresponding control measures for the Jurong river water pollution. Conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) The five section of the Jurong River, upstream section (Fang Jiaba) of water pollution is light, the downstream(Sancha bridge, Huang Niba) water pollution is serious, the middle section (South Gate Bridge, Zhao Wenshan)water pollution is the most serious, the main reason is:the South Gate Bridge and Zhao Wenshan two section is located in the urban, industrial pollution and the production of human life is the most serious.(2) Using single factor index method to evaluate testing data analysis, it is concluded that in 2001,2002, the water quality of Jurong river quality has not been achieved IV class standard of surface water environment quality standard, specification of Jurong river overall in 2001,2002, the pollution is serious, water main factor for the total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen pollution.(3) Using the comprehensive pollution index method to evaluate and analyze the monitoring data, it is concluded that, Sancha bridge section,2001,2007,2009, the degree of water pollution is the mild pollution,other years is better; Huang Niba section except for 2003 and 2008 better, the other 8 years were slight pollution;Zhao Wenshan section except 2008 better outside, the other 9 years were slight pollution; South Gate Bridge sectionin 2001,2004,2006,2007,2009, the degree of water pollution is the mild pollution, other years is better; the Fang Jiaba section quality is good, which in 2006 was good; the Jurong River pollution degree of water quality in addition to 2006 2001, light pollution, other years is better.(4) The water quality change of Jurong river was mainly affected by natural factors and social factors, and the precipitation, population, economic structure and other related factors. In addition, the natural evolution of the river, the changes of river of human super bearing capacity utilization, untreated pollutant emissions, policies and regulations are not perfect, pesticide and fertilizer will cause water quality. The high speed development of excessive pursuit of economic,ignore resource environmental protection, comprehensive coordination is not enough, the lack of comprehensive control measures, the unified management of the weak, the irrational investment structure, foundation work, study on the mechanism of weak enough are the reasons of water quality change.(5) According to the current situation of water environment and main factors to influence water quality, puts forward the main countermeasures are:to strengthen river dredging dredging; Coping with the urbanization process, fully absorb domestic and foreign advanced experience in the process of urbanization development, building and facilities that meet the needs of city urbanization; Adjust and optimize industrial structure;Strengthen the pollution prevention and control of wastewater; Strengthen the relevant laws and regulations policy, in accordance with the management, etc. |
