Research On Rural Environment Production In The Process Of New-type Urbanization

The urbanization level is one of an important symbol of country’s economic development and lasting power for Chinese future. Promote the urbanization quality still is our core and key point in the next stage. Follow the development of our urbanization, we can clearly find that our national strength enhanced, however, caused serious environment problem. The haze days increasing, more and more urban city lack of water, some government officials and interest groups unashamedly misuse land resource and urban space, and so on. All these problems heavily influenced people’s life and various industrial processes. This will also have an effect on China’s international status and economic development. A good ecological environment is the important of premise of rural economy development. It also can promote the development of eco-tourism and attract more foreign capitals. All these will be good to bring a happy life for our rural people. That’s means the sustainable development of a country must depend on a good ecological environment. With the development of economy and society, more and more people come to awake from the economic growth at the cost of environment, and recognize the importance of environmental protection and ecological balance. We have do a lot of research and achieved more. All shows that, modernization means a favorable eco-environment as well as a coordinated development between economic society and the eco-environment.18th CPC National Congress elaborated the specific content of new-type urbanization. It states that "we should keep to the Chinese-style path of new-type urbanization, promote human-centered urbanization, promote coordinated development of large, medium-sized and small cities, and balance the development of urbanization and new socialist rural areas."However, throughout the research history, we can clearly find:the main objective of more people’s research is focused on how to protect urban ecological environment, rural environment problem solving methods still need to keep a watchful eye on. The present law to the protection of the country environment is so disperser and there is still much scotoma. The majority of farmer lack of environmental awareness, source separation of garbage is not perfect, disposal is difficult. Energy shortages are chocking growth the development of outside investment. The cultivated land resource less and less, farmers can hardly relay on it. Farmers have to leave their homes, braving life-threatening challenges find new land for survive. This has caused serious Flooding, landslides, and soil erosion, especially in mountainous regions. sediment transportand high turbidity in the water supply will produce devastating results. The result show that this protect strategy "city first, then country" is low efficiency. Anyone who want to rely on solving urban environment problems to protecting the environment ecological system is meaningless. We must change it. Therefore, we must set develop modern agricultural as a priority and promote steady expansion of grain production and sustained increase in rural income. The research result of the rural environment problem is a necessary requirement of the development of the human society, not only improve people’s lives,but also have good sense of protecting the environment for next generation. And put forward the theoretical instruction and direction of the new-type urbanization.How is the recent country environment? What problems have been in? What it will cause if we don’t solve the problems have been exist? How to solve these problems, and if our environment system and mechanism is perfect? That is our main focus in the recent future. This is also the main meaning of writing this paper. I have read hundreds of papers and periodical, also search the internet before writing this paper. The introduction part mainly demonstrates the reasons for doing research on this subject and its purposes. It also summarizes achievements in this field at home and abroad. The paper is based on the theory of ecological philosophy of Marx and Engles, Landscape city, and Ecological Ethics. Find out the main problem of rural environment, for example, the shortage of water, the random development of land resources and the damage of natural landscapes, and so on. And then comprehensively analyze the reason to cause these problems from these aspects:rural internal power mechanism, urban development, social security institution system and human development itself. In chapter 4, the author introduced foreign experiences in how to cope with the country environment problems during the urbanization progress. The experience of Korea, Japan and American. And then put forward some measures and proposals to solve these problems. Such as, reduce the pollution of the rural life, control the city pollution transfer to rural areas, arrange the country’s national layout and actively promote local urbanization.
