With excellent electrical conductivity, temperature rise electrical performance and good mechanical properties of composite interface, copper aluminum cold rolling composite is pure copper busbar rows and pure aluminum busbar ideal substitute. Study the Mechanical and deformation of the copper aluminum cold rolling process is especially important for the process design of rolling forming and ensuring the quality of composite board. The mathematical model of rolling force is the core of the rolling mill process control model, study the mathematical model of rolling force is of great significance to the rolling process automation.In this paper, mechanics model and calculation of rolling force for copper aluminum clad plate was researched. Firstly, the deformation process of copper aluminum clad plate was simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software, force analysis was conducted for the rolling process of copper-aluminum clad plate; deforming zones can be divided into three parts: elastic deformation, plastic deformation of single aluminum and jointly plastic deformation. Secondly, according to the deformation laws of copper-aluminum clad plate, the deformation area was simplified, the rolling compound mathematical model was established, and the formula of rolling force for three layer of metal copper aluminum copper was deduced. Thirdly, rolling experiment was carried out on the four high rolling mill, cold rolling force of copper aluminum clad plate was measured. Based on MATLAB a program was written for rolling force formula, and according to the experimental conditions, the theoretical value was calculated. The relative error is less than 7%, the validity of the mathematical model of rolling force was verified by comparing measured values with the theoretical value. Finally, the various influence factors of rolling force is analyzed, Composite panels of rolling force as the roll diameter, pressure ratio, deformation resistance and friction coefficient increases, decreases with the increase of tension before and after, the various two most important influence factors,the deformation resistance and friction coefficient,of rolling force was discussed,according to the experimental data got the regression model of coefficient of friction and deformation resistance.Fixed the rolling force model parameters.The deformation resistance model of aluminum isσs=40+199.94εΣ1.001, the deformation resistance model of copper is σs=90+1222.92εΣ0.853, The friction coefficient model of aluminum is μ=μ0A/l/h平-B,the predicti.n precision of rolling force was improved.
