Through investigated the corrosion of the heating furnace F103 and F301 in Luoyang branch company, combined with the corrosion environment and corrosion appearance,the corrosion factor was analyzed,and corresponding measures were pointed out.The results showed that the sulfur content in the fuel gas of the heating furnace has obvious influence on the corrosion of the heating furnace, so strengthen the effect of fuel gas desulfurization was an important measure to reduce the corrosion of the heating furnace.Heat furnace dust accumulation of sulfide easy to produce scale corrosion, the use of heating furnace soot blower can effectively reduce the accumulation of solid sulfide, and reduce corrosion.SO3 generation in the flue gas is related to the oxygen content of the flue gas, the O2 content of the flue gas is higher, the SO2 content is higher, and the SO3 conversion is higher. By using an air preheater which is detachabled tube can not only increase the sealing performance of the flue gas system, reduce oxygen content, prevent the generation of sulfur dioxide, but also can improve furnace heat efficiency.
