Serious outflow of a continuously along with the oil and gas exploration technology in oil and gas field development in the deepening research and application, all kinds of pipe column corrosion problem more and more serious, especially CO2 corrosion of carbon dioxide corrosion of downhole pipe column stability, wells in safe and efficient production. Due to the natural gas mining process, a large number of CO2 gas with oil and gas, the gas well production center tube and casing corrosion, and ultimately affect the productivity of play, and even will have security risks. In order to solve the above problems, the article according to the gas well corrosion and corrosion environment, and developed a kind of gas-liquid two phase has good corrosion inhibition effect of corrosion inhibition agent system, the realization of gas liquid two phase corrosion inhibitor.Firstly, according to Pearson’s hard soft acid-base theory, from the many contain O, N, S and P groups of compounds were screened inhibitor, using the corrosion weight loss method, blank and adding corrosion inhibitor experiments were compared, selected inhibition effect better corrosion inhibitor, intended for use.Secondly, the selection of corrosion inhibition effect of better drugs were mixed into corrosion inhibitor compound system, according to the hanging of corrosion weight loss and corrosion, by calculating the composite corrosion inhibiting system of corrosion inhibition rate to evaluate the corrosion inhibitor of corrosion inhibition performance, find the best mixture ratio. Finally, design and compound corrosion inhibitor system formulation.Again, through the simulation of indoor carbon dioxide corrosion inhibitor system was evaluated in different dosage, different time, different pressure, on carbon dioxide corrosion inhibitor corrosion inhibition rate were studied to evaluate corrosion inhibiting system of corrosion inhibition performance. Experimental results show that, add corrosion inhibitors to control corrosion of gas well is a reliable, effective, economical way. Also of corrosion inhibitors and foaming agent compatibility research. Finally, it is concluded that corrosion inhibitor and gas foaming agent has good compatibility and interoperability.Finally, according to the situation of Jilin gas well field, the final corrosion inhibition plan was determined by the laboratory simulation experiment of carbon dioxide corrosion inhibitor.
