Coming with high water-cut stage, corrosion in oil wells has been becoming seriously and brings significant hidden danger that affects safe-production and economic benefit of oil field. So it is necessary to develop effective ways, adding corrosion inhibitor to oil well is one of generally applied techniques, which can inhibit the corrosion of oil well and improve efficiency greatly.In this thesis, the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors on some representative oil field, such as Ying51, Xinzhan, Toutai, were investigated. According to these, the corrosion inhibitor of oil wells has been synthesized and then been evaluated, which is high efficiency and environment friendly.It was found that the main corrosion reasons in Ying51 well zone were high quantity carbon dioxide contained in associated gas and oxygen in the production liquid, which in Xinzhan well zone were Chloride ion and iron-bacterium and in Toutai well zone were the great concentration Chloride ion. The results also show that temperature was the critical factor in initial stage, while the vacuum degree was the critical factor in later stage.The capability of inhibition was studied by the standard evaluation methods in this paper. According to the evaluation, the capability of inhibition was optimal at corrosion inhibitor of 100 mg·L-1, so was in actual oil well. The inhibition efficiency of new inhibitor, which combined corrosion inhibitor W and imidazoline, was remarkable when the mass ratio is 1∶9 and the dosage is 80 mg·L-1.
