Modern advances in textile technology for the rapid development of the textile industry to provide technical support, quality, efficiency, energy conservation has become a major development trend of textiles. Hosiery industry in our province in the textile industry occupies a very important position, many export-oriented products socks, but because of domestic Waji the prototype to copy the main, and socks design means a single, leading to most of the domestic Waji there are still features a simple, low production efficiency, product quality is not high so the lack of market competitiveness. WH-6F computerized hosiery machine’s as a typical fully automated computer hosiery machine, using modern mechanical design tools, the models in-depth analysis and research, breaking the monopoly of foreign technology is necessary.Dissertation, theoretical analysis and experimental verification of a combination of methods, WH-6F computerized hosiery machine’s knitting and weaving principle agencies systematically analyzed in order to establish the dynamic model pushed the needle into the ring and pick mechanism.
