High performance automatic computerized flat knitting machine is a new computerized flat knitting machine, which has been introduced in recent years. It has the characteristics of flexible and versatile, multi use, and so on. Nowadays although some achievements have been made in the research and development of domestic computerized flat knitting machine, but the high-end products mainly rely on imports, research on the key technology and principle of machinery is not deep enough, lack of independent research and development capabilities and core technology,and the design technique of mechanical single, imitation of the machine is not up to the performance and precision of the foreign, has become the bottleneck technology, to meet industry industrialization and localization, a serious impact on the development of domestic computerized flat knitting machine. Future development should be on the domestic and foreign advanced computerized flat knitting machine based, actively study analyzed the key technology and process characteristics, increase the strength of research and development of domestic computerized flat knitting machine, enhance technology innovation ability, independent research and development ability and improve the stability and reliability of the machine.The in the structure of high performance automatic computerized flat knitting machine, based on in-depth study of the ring gear principle of work and the main river processes, using Solidworks software of ring mechanism for modeling and analysis, focuses on the circle mechanism of elastic dynamics and motion simulation analysis, and through the corresponding high-speed photography experiment instrument to verify computerized flat knitting machine based on Solidworks software into circle mechanism motion simulation is correct, for domestic computerized flat knitting machine to provide theoretical basis for further optimization design of mechanical. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) By looking up the relevant technical documents and patent, in-depth study of computerized flat knitting machine, the main body composition and principle, to domestic and foreignadvanced computerized flat knitting machine performance are analyzed and compared,computerized flat knitting machine knitting knitting mechanism research of theory analysis.(2) Computerized flat knitting machine into the composition and principle of ring mechanism are analyzed in theory, focuses on the research of computerized flat knitting machine selection needle principle, knitting needles and quite the trajectory of the needle plate.(3) According to the Zhejiang Province Wei Huan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to provide the new computerized flat knitting machines obtained ring mechanism of process parameters and triangular process dimension, modeling of loop mechanism to provide data to support, to ensure the accuracy of the modeling results.(4) Mathematical modeling of needles and triangular, in-depth study of needle and the triangle between the elastic dynamics, analyzes the computerized flat knitting machine knitting movement in between and triangular needle force.(5) Application of Solidworks motion simulation plug-in of computerized flat knitting machine into ring mechanism motion simulation analysis and research, try to use finite element analysis software in-depth analysis of the needles and triangular transient impact dynamics, and the loop,set ring and moving ring quite needle plate motion parameters for further study.This paper focuses on the knitting principle and performance of the high performance fully automatic computerized flat knitting machine. In a circle knitting principle based on the use of Solidworks modeling method, the establishment of a ring mechanism of solid model, through Solidworks motion analysis and solution to achieve the circle mechanism of elastic dynamics and motion simulation. Simulation results obtained in the process of knitting needles transient displacement, velocity, acceleration and should force changes, and computerized flat knitting machine based on high speed photography results are very consistent. Prove the correctness of the results of the modeling study, research results of computerized flat knitting machine production enterprises research has certain reference significance.
