The ball mill is widely used smash equipment in the electricity industry because of advantages. But in the development of the production process, its shortcomings and weaknesses have been exposed. Mutual influence of system parameters, strong coupling and obvious effect of delay are restricting the production and development. Therefore, the combination of control characteristics of ball mill pulverizing system, the use of advanced control theory and computer technology are very necessary to optimize the study of this system which has theoretical significance and practical value.In this thesis, the domestic and overseas development of ball mill pulverizing systems are reviewed, analyzed the current development state and market prospects. The coupling between the three inputs(feed amount, hot air, recirculation air volume) and three output(entrance pressure, output temperature, input and output pressure) of a particular ball mill is analyzed. Due to the complexity of the calculation, the mathematical model is separated into two matrixes, which form a double input and double output system and a single loop system.According to the double input and double output system, fuzzy decoupling control scheme is adopted. This thesis designs the fuzzy controller and the decoupling control network to realize the control of the ball mill. Introduction of genetic algorithm to the fuzzy control rule table was optimized, based on the principle of survival of the fittest, further optimization of the control strategy of the controller. The optimized fuzzy controller is simulated by Matlab, and the optimized control system has better control performance and anti-interference ability compared with the traditional PID control system and the original fuzzy control system.This thesis introduces SUPCON JX-300 XP system, and designs hardware configuration and monitor screen combined with the system. Under industrial conditions allow, the control program have achieved good control effect and production efficiency.
