With more and more environmental problems, designers start to focus on sustainable design-conception, looking for a design method in which that human can get along in harmony with the environment. City-life garbage is the closest environmental problems to people’s life, the acceleration of urbanization development and the amount of waste makes the traditional landfill processing technology can’t meet the requirement of garbage disposal.As the development of incineration power generation and compost treatment,the material basis of garbage sorting recycling has been satisfied.But there are still some design problems for the garbage sorting recycling facilities. So combined with China’s national conditions and the concept of sustainable design, it is needed imminently to redesign garbage classification recycling facilities.This design redesign the garbage sorting recycling systems and products, using the methods of removable design, life cycle design and so on,combine with the idea of sustainable design and systematic design method.Through the investigation of the present situation and technology of the garbage sorting recycling system, the current situation of the living garbage classification recycling products,the attitude and behavior of people to garbage sorting recycling and for a better understanding and design practice of the concept of sustainable, design garbage classification recycling products which conforms to the concept of sustainable design of urban living.This design established systematic recovery method and process for the urban living garbage recycling, and design life recycling products and facilities. This design forms a complete system of domestic waste recycling loop from the generation and classification to recycling and handling of urban living garbage and designs an efficient, beautiful, sustainable urban living garbage classification recycling system.
