| This paper researched a company which produced 800000 tons of iron essence pink yearly and tailings comprehensive utilization. The main goal was to analyze the environmental impact factors in the process of production, and to make some suggestions for protecting the regional environment. The ore dressing process belonged to the more mature wider application of technology currently, and production of mill tailings was utilized comprehensively. The process met the requirement of clean production route. Through the analysis and evaluation of the project, the following results were obtained:(1) The company yearly which produced 800000 tons of iron essence pink and comprehensive utilization of tailings belonged to the policies encouraged industrial, and the objective of the construction conformed to the state industrial policy and local government.(2) According to the basic principle of environmental impact assessment and the relevant evaluation rules, the paper confirmed the basic contents and methods of evaluation. At the same time, the paper confirmed the evaluation level, scope and criteria of assessment according to the enterprise current situation.(3) By means of analyzing the production and production of the discharge of pollutants of iron essence pink and comprehensive utilization of tailings, the paper confirmed the nature and quantity of the wastewater, waste gas and waste in the production process. And then of pollution prevention measures and treatment scheme were proposed on the basis of analysis.(4) During the construction phase, the environmental impact analysis showed that the project site survey land was the low coverage grassland which sparsed poor vegetation development status and its distribution, ecological resources scarce, and covers an area of three categories of industrial land for industrial park planning. Therefore the covers made small impact for the ecological; And the process took effective measures to reduce the water, air and solid waste from polluting during construction period.(5) During the operational phase, the environmental impact analysis showed that all production wastewater and domestic sewage discharged into the tailings, and then returned to the production cycle use instead of outside. Thus there was no pollution impact on tributaries. The main waste gas pollution sources were the dressing of dust, lime crushing dust produced by the fine grinding, office living area heating boiler and steam raising boiler flue gas produced by coal. The process took reasonable measures to reduce effects on atmospheric environment such as water dust-controlling. Solid wastes such as tailings, boiler ash, living garbage, and leftover material were handled in accordance with the standards for solid waste disposal or recycling of tailings.Through analyzing and evaluating the iron essence pink and tailings comprehensive utilization project, the results showed that the project made small influence on water environment, atmospheric environment and the land environment. Thus, the construction of the project was reasonable. |
