Coal mine gas accident is one of the most serious disasters in coal mine, but also is the “bottleneck” to the coal mine production safety work for China even the world.To improve this problem, Technical personnel of coal mine engineering and management personnel have conducted a long-term hard research and exploration,and have achieved greatly breakthrough, which were on mine gas drainage as a more common and more efficient way is widely used.Through consulting a large number of related documents at home and abroad and the relevant state regulations, on the basis of the previous research, summarized and concluded on the technology of mine gas drainage, the 1306 coal mining face of Shengli coal mine was used as experimental research, by using the method of literature research, field investigation and statistical analysis, the research on the technology of gas drainage in Shengli coal mine was carried out. Firstly, we analyzed the occurrence of coal mine gas, distribution characteristics and the law of coal seam gas migration; Secondly, preliminary evaluation effect of the gas extraction through the arrangement of inspection extraction from drilling, and the optimization scheme of gas drainage drilling is put forward; Finally, by using polynomial fitting method to optimize the extraction of gas after collecting the statistical data and analysis, and evaluating the effect of gas drainage after optimizing the system.The engineering practice shows that, through the arrangement of the mining coal seam roof and floor high(low) after drilling bit, through the way of drainage upper and lower adjacent layers relieved gas, The gas drainage efficiency of 1306 coal face reached 37.6% to 80.7%, reached the “Temporary Provision of Gas Drainage Reaching Standard in Coalmine” requirements, achieved the pumping standards.The regression analysis method is used to analyze the gas data of 1306 coal mining face, correlation coefficient of regression curve R>0.8, and are close to 1, this method of using curve regression analysis to analyze the effect of gas drainage be proved reliable. Based on the relation of the obtained function, can predict 1306 coal mining working face gas drainage condition.
