Among all kinds of the purification technology, photocatalyst attracted more and more interests due to the efficient to dye and environment friendly. Titanium dioxide as one of the popular photocatalyst, has many advantages such as stable, non-toxic and easy for industrial application. In this paper butyl titanate, tetraethoxysilane, ammonium phosphomolybdate trihydrate, ammonium phosphotungstate were employed to prepare three composite photocatalyst such as C/TiO2、C/TiO2/PMoNH4、C/TiO2/SiO2/PWuNH4 in sol-gel and once calcination method. The photocatalytic degradation was performed on the three azo dye like methylene blue, 1-Naphthylamine-4-azobenzene-4’-sulfonicacid and Disperse diazo black GNN. Such conditions like concentration of dye, amount of catalyst, pH value, the doping elements and the recycling times were taken into account to figure out the influence on the degradation rate.1、We introduced the concept and principle of titanium dioxide photocatalysis and reviewed the fabrication and modification of the titanium dioxide. At the end, we studied the photocatalysis application prospect.2 、 The C/TiO2 photocatalyst was fabricated through sol-gel and once calcination method. We took methylene blue as the target pollution to conduct the photocatalysis. The degradation was influenced by the time, concentration, amount of catalyst. The results revealed that the catalytic activity reaching the maximum at 5h time, 4mg/L concentration,1g/L catalyst.3 、 We took sol-gel and once calcination method to prepare the C/TiO2/PMoNH4 composite photocatalyst and took 1-Naphthylamine-4-azobenzene-4’-sulfonicacid as target pollution to evaluate the photocatalysis performance. And we investigated the influence of PMoNH4、illumination、recycling times on the degradation rate. The results presented that its adsorption in(500-800)cm-1was growing wide compared to the pure PMoNH4. And the sensitization of PMoNH4 made the adsorption of C/TiO2 get stronger and red shift. After 3h,the degradation of 1-Naphthylamine-4-azobenzene-4’-sulfonicacid rate reached 90%4 、 The sol-gel and once calcination method was adopted to prepare the C/TiO2/SiO2/PWuNH4 photocatalyst. And we took disperse diazo black GNN as target pollution to evaluate the photocatalysis performance. The results showed that the catalyst had outstanding activity on it. PWuNH4 improved the photocatalysis and the Si O2 dopingmade the crystal density. When n(PWuNH4)/n(TiO2) = 1.0%, the degradation of disperse diazo black GNN reached 91% for 3h and remained 80% after four times utilization. The recycling photocatalyst has brilliant application prospects in the purification of dye and waste water.
