Feasibility study is a comprehensive evaluation of the economic rationality and technical feasibility of investment projects through market analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis and national economic analysis before investment decision. The feasibility study must be carried out from the overall project to determine the feasibility of construction projects, and provide scientific basis for the correct investment decisions by Analysis and demonstration of the construction scheme, technical scheme, production and operation plan, economic, financial, commercial and environmental protection, law and so on.This paper to Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Oil Co., Ltd.200 million tons of coal indirect liquefaction demonstration project as the object of study of feasibility study. In the process of the feasibility study of the project, four aspects of the market, technology, environmental protection, finance to demonstrate the feasibility of the project. First of all, the main product market supply and demand for the project analysis, forecasting and the main product price analysis and forecast. Secondly, from the advanced nature and adaptability of the project technology and the feasibility of the construction condition, the feasibility of the project is analyzed and demonstrated. Again, from the impact of the project on the environment to carry out the feasibility analysis. Finally, the feasibility analysis of the project is carried out from the rationality of the economy and the financial profitability. Combined with the above four aspects of the analysis, evaluation, comprehensive demonstration of the feasibility and necessity of the construction of the project.
