Economic Evaluation Of L-Anthracite Coal Mine Investment Project In Qinshui Basin Of Shanxi Province

Looking at the development trend of energy industry at home and abroad,non-fossil energy has developed rapidly in recent years,but the main status of fossil energy is still difficult to change.Coal is still the most important basic energy source in China.In the current coal industry to eliminate backward production capacity and accelerate the release of high-quality resources,the clean,safe and efficient use of coal resources is particularly important.Anthracite as a clean coal resource has become the priority development.At the same time,coal mine construction projects have the characteristics of large investment,long construction period and complicated technology.In order to avoid losses and adverse consequences caused by mistakes in decision-making and blind development,the economic evaluation in the investment decision-making stage is particularly important.This thesis takes the development of L anthracite coal mine in Qinshui Basin of Shanxi Province as the research object,combines the characteristics of coal quality and regional conditions,and analyzes the economic feasibility and risk resistance of the project on the basis of theoretical research and field investigation.First,analyze the investment environment of the domestic coal industry and anthracite market to determine the market positioning of the project;Secondly,based on the field research and market data analysis of similar projects in the surrounding area,the project investment was estimated in detail,the project financing plan was designed,and the financial evaluation was carried out.The project's economic benefit prospects were discussed in depth,and the project was in the process of development.Possible risks suggest appropriate countermeasures;Finally,the conclusions of the project economic evaluation are drawn,which provides investment basis for the decision-making level of the anthracite coal mine development enterprise.
