The people’s health, the relationship between food hygiene is an indispensible part of People’s Daily life, it is human survival, growth, plays a very key things. Is human for the prevention of disease, but also improve the quality of the human body is the most basic premise and guarantee. Therefore, in order to guarantee on the meat quality assurance, then put forward the development of the system, to ensure the safety of consumers.Traceability system with RFID technology, cold fresh meat monitoring implementation through the ear tag, one dimensional bar code and other modern information technology, according to a variety of techniques to realize the information collection system and traceability system, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the product, tracking the source of the product, to understand the flow of products. According to the real-time tracking from slaughter to packaging each production link of data acquisition, and to establish a general data sharing to Taiwan, in every link of data sharing and associations, to back really linked together, so as to realize the true sense of traceability system, to ensure product safety and quality. The subject will use rfid technology, realize the pigs in each link of information collection, and through the terminal to achieve data collection and submit, at the same time, using technology of struts 2, spring, mybatis implementation system for data management and analysis, to do the monitoring of the product.Cold fresh meat to monitor the design and realization of the traceability system can realize cold fresh meat in production comprehensive monitoring, at the same time also can guarantee the product after the market flow monitoring, safe and orderly operation of security market. Monitoring can be traced to the consumer, the distributors as well as the relevant regulatory authorities to provide effective real data information, consumers can monitor the product through a variety of ways. Through the system can effectively understand product in production appeared in the problem, can be faster and more accurate find out why, and to protect the safety of the product.
