| In recent years,numerous cases involving meat hygiene and safety incidents occurred,which caused widespread concern of consumers.This made how to effectively track meat products in the production process had become an urgent global issue.A part of developed countries had bean established traceability system to solve the problem of meat safety.Meat traceability system is realized through certain technical means,and tracing and marking the meat data of all links from farming to the final sale.Finally,to reverse lookup product recorded data during production by traceability code.EPC/RFID technology as a convenient and efficient recognition technology has been widely used in food industry traceability,here the use of EPC/RFID technology to design and implement an electronic meat traceability system:(1)In the light of the problems existed in the development of meat industry in recent years,such as large output,poor quality and so on,analyzed the causes of this type of problem,proposed the establishment of meat traceability system to solve security problems based on EPC/RFID technology,and explained the importance and necessity of establishing a sound traceability system to guarantee the quality and safety of meat products,and summarize and analyze the development process and application status of traceability system at home and abroad to provide a reference for the establishment of applications to adapt our traceability system.(2)Focused on the basic concept and principle of EPC system,and emphatically analyzed the EPC coding system,radio frequency identification systems,information and network systems.These theories laid the theoretical foundation for the EPC/RFID technology in the electronic traceability system of meat products.Compared EPC/RFID technology with other automatic identification technology,obtained the features of EPC/RFID technology in object identification and information collection,and Evidenced the advantages of EPC/RFID technology applied to meat traceability application.(3)Based on the above theory,First analysised of the meat supply chain business process of Jiangsu Yurun Meat Industry Group Co.,Ltd.and details of data flow from breeding,processing,warehousing,logistics and transport until the final sales process in the meat supply chain.Then according to results of business processes,designed EPC coding rules to adapt to the traceability system of meat products,and explained how RFID technology is applied to the supply chain of meat products.(4)Through the above overview of the development status of tracing,Discussed on EPC/RFID technology,Learned from the experience of scholars,and combined with the characteristics of the meat supply chain,proposed to design and implement "based on EPC/RFID technology meat electronic traceability system"under B/S architecture.Start with analyzing the user and functional requirement,designed the overall of the system function and database,built system’s development and implementation of hardware and software environment,analysed of key technologies needed in the process of system development,finalized the development and testing of each module of the system.The system uses MyEclipse 10 development tools and SQL Server 2008 R2 database,based the JAVA platform for development,has completed development of a prototype system,the system works well under laboratory conditions,basically achieved the objectives of the research topic. |
