The production of zinc hydrometallurgy accounted for more than 80% of the world total zinc production, main process of production Consists of sulfuric acid, roasting, leaching, purification, electrolysis, casting etc.The most of the domestic zinc smelting factory to small meters plate electrolysis and automatic stripping of zinc system production tons of zinc electrolytic power consumption in more than 3100kWh/t.The low efficiency of the small plate electrolysis and the automatic stripping system can lead to high labor costs and low production efficiency.This research combined with the actual production to carry out great zinc electrolysis and automatic stripping plate system engineering research, enhance stripping zinc system mechanization and automation to reduce zinc electro deposition process energy consumption, so as to improve the economic benefit by 3.2 square meters large plate electrolysis and automatic stripping of zinc system of production per ton of electrolytic zinc consumption in 2750-2800kWh/t.Application of automatic stripping plate system in large plate zinc electrolysis, it is first based on the study on deep purification of zinc leaching solution with large plate and long periodic electrolysis technology, the study on the corresponding scheme of the large plate long period electrolysis technology and automatic stripping technology, research and improvement on the performance of automatic stripping unit, the implementation of automatic control system of acid mist suppression technology, The stripping rate was 95.80%,0.6% for surface damage rate,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of zinc smelting.This work has the advantages of saving investment, saving energy and environment friendly, saving energy, saving labor and reducing production cost. After successful implementation, it can significantly improve the level of zinc smelting automation and cleaner production. According to incomplete statistics, China’s zinc smelting enterprises more than 200.Therefore, the research results of the application prospect is very broad.
