Study On The Process Of Sepration And Purification Of Cephalosporin C By The Resin

Resin include Macroporous adsorption resin and ion exchange resin.There are many kinds of resin which is applicated in industry, especially in separation and purification of Cephalosporin C.In this paper,on the base of analysis and summary of the interrelated reseach, first of all,we had studied the degration properties of Cephalosporin C with different temperature,pH, concentration by time.specilly stduy the separation and purification of Cephalosporin C,choose the best resin by test, determined the condition in the process of Adsorption and desorption. Second,we choose the best de-color resin, desighed the Orthogonal test, according to the result of the test,we determined the best passing speed,pH, over quantity in the process of the decolor. Last,we choose the best de-protein resin, desighed the Orthogonal test, according to the result of the test,we determined the best passing speed,pH, over quantity, concentration.By the reseach,we had known that the degradation of Cephalosporin C, formulated operating conditions of the separation and purification of Cephalosporin C. These results are useful for construction design and improvement. They are important to promote the use of resin and to improve separation and purification of Cephalosporin C.
