| The model of spiral bevel gear machining equipment is multi axis CNC machine tool, and is equipped with special processing software.The performance of processing software for spiral bevel gear is depend on its function and the user experience well or not in a certain extent. Therefore, the development of the processing software for spiral bevel gear CNC system is particularly important.Based on the above consideration,this paper have studied on GCMT2500 large spiral bevel gear processing equipment,analyzing the spiral bevel gear and machining method, and analyzes the key technology of the machine tool, and then puts forward the development requirement and software design of the GCMT2500 spiral bevel gear NC machine tool. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:A comprehensive analysis of the development status of the special machine tools for various kinds of spiral bevel gears at home and abroad,and the research on the theory of spiral bevel gears and related processing. Have a reach on processing parameters of Gleason spiral bevel gear and Klingelnberg cycloid spiral bevel gear which are involved in the processing of GCMT2500 equipment.The contents of the software design are discussed. Including the software operating environment, namely Heidenhain NC system-i TNC530, the software design language Python, the control system parameter optimization of equipment.The software structure is constructed, and the main function of the equipment is designed. To develop a software system which can meet the operating convenience, friendly and powerful in HMI forms. Finally, do a test on the function of processing software. |
