Transmission error and structure borne noise are important standard of spiral bevel gear's testing. Both of error response transmission smoothenss of sprival bevel gear, we can reduce meshing noise according decreasing the transmitsion error and structure borne noise. On the basis of this error, analyse the source of producing noise become easier, we can realize the closing loop in high-accuracy gear manufacture by adjusting design and manufacture parameter. At present, the equipment of accompling SFT and SBN is most from foreign country, so it is necessary that manufacturing spiral bevel gear numeric control tester with autonomous intellectual property rights.Firstly, analyse the producing reason of transmitsion error and structure borne noise is the thesis, and propose the method of testing. According to the total mechanical structure, accomplished testing system hardware design, and choose high-price performance, easy to use and consort hardware. Researched testing precision of tester, guarantee the precision of hardware. Accomplish software design of testing system: devised software section for numeric control and testing using module, analyze relation between modules; analyze and design circuit for every module, in order to promoting efficiency of testing, optimizing human machine interface, make opration more comfortable and interface more friendly; concentrate on resolving many critical problems in every module:defining sampling frequency and block size and communication protocol. At last, choose a pair of spiral bevel gear to do single flank testing, display the curve of transmission error, transmission error short term, transmission error long term and transmission error frequency spectrum. Research the four curve, we can get the source that cause every error, it is helpful to design and manufacture the spiral bevel gear what transmit smoothly and decrease noisy.Provide complete program of testing system for the spiral bevel gear numeric control tester in the article, design the hardware and software of the testing system, the tester can detect transmission error and structure-borne niose of spiral bevel gear, it is statisfied of the request of plan.
