| Yanchang Oilfield increment for years in a row in the past the high speed development stage, followed by the enterprise investment dividends and bonus resources weakened year by year, reserves, production, investment,cost, team, such as structural contradictions increasingly apparent, especially oil extraction has entered high water cut stage, then how to scientific and effective treatment oily-wastewater, strengthen environmental protection, it has drawn attention and attach great importance to the parties. Therefore, accelerating the construction of oilfield wastewater treatment project is fully put on the agenda, study and evaluation of the projects are fully operational. Economic evaluation is applied to the more fields of study, the feasibility of oil production sewage treatment plan of the enterprise, the technical and economic indicators are the most important measure. For the project, the economic feasibility analysis is the key to its investment decisions.In this paper, Seven Mile village Yanchang Oilfield Oil Production Plant wastewater treatment project for the study, on the basis of sewage treatment equipment of hardware and software, this paper introduces the production technological process of sewage treatment, and the water balance was predicted. According to the design of oilfield sewage treatment and water quality, this paper proposes two solutions:one is the pressure drainage,the other is a dynamic process. On the basis of cost-benefit analysis, these two programs were evaluated by ratio of indicators, timeliness indicators, value indicators and other methods, then choosing the optimal solution. Finally, the economic evaluation of oilfield development safeguard measures are put forward. Hope this study for the economic evaluation of oil field sewage treatment has a certain reference value. |
