With the development of petroleum chemical device in our country, more and mor e large box type member has become an important structure of petrochemical plant. This paper mainly studies the production process of large box girder, and the key link of the deformation process, and then solve the extension of coal Yulin energy and chemical projects of large box type batch production problem, provide strong support for the extension of the oil upgrading project.My efforts on technical research for this topic, the study focused on a large section of box-beam production of anti-anti-deformation process again system to solve the welding method selection and welding deformation control issues involved.By analyzing the causes of welding deformation, to develop appropriate measures to control welding distortion, conduct preliminary tests in actual production, summary. Optimization typeset ting cutting, processing, assembly process, the use of reasonable welding parameters obtained during the test, the order, method. Effective control each manufacture process, to solve the problem of welding deformation box girder to ensure the straightness box beam produced after molding, to meet the technical requirements for box girder in stallation site, and ultimately the successful completion of 1.5 million tons/in catalytic cracking (DCC) system anti another frame ethylene plant, three rotating frame of steel and the flue pipe branch gallery total of more than 1710 tons of box-member producti on tasks.
