The Research Of Drilling Technology And Application Of Horizontal Well In Ningding Region Of Changqing Oil

The geological structure of Changqing Oilfield is complicated, a large number of thin reservoir, low well productivity and great number of small marginal oil fields are its common features.Ningding region is located in western Ordos Basin is one of the Changqing Oilfield horizontal well blocks, the development objective layer for Chang4 + 5, Chang 6 and Chang 7formation. With the full development of horizontal wells in Ningding region, drill bit made oblique supporting serious pressure, the target layer is easy to collapse, the formation of low bearing capacity in drill pressure, has restricted the development speed of horizontal wells. In order to maximize oilfield efficiency and improve the productivity of single well, improve the drilling speed, shorten the drilling cycle and reduce the costs of each well has become the primary task of oilfield development.From the present construction situation of horizontal wells in Changqing Oilfield, the paper collect carefully and analyze the problems of the horizontal wells processing construction in this region, the resarch optimizes the drilling design combined with the actual site of the well construction, well profile, well trajectory, BHA and drilling fluid systems,different optimization measures proposed for different purposes difficulties encountered in layers of horizontal wells, the resarch analyzes the collapse mechanism of "shuangshiceng”especially from physics and chemistry directions and optimize the drilling fluid system design points each hole section. Through the analysis of implementation results through the operation in field, the technology and the supporting scheme for fast drilling of the horizontal well in Ningding region are obtained. The research of safe and fast drilling horizontal drilling technology in Ningding region, with a strong guiding significance and value in improving drilling speed and shorting drilling cycle, reducing drilling costs and speeding up the process of exploration and development of oil and gas resources, etc., it has a broad application prospects and provides a technical basis for the efficient development of horizontal wells in this region.
