Changqing Oilfield is located in the Ordos Basin, across Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi five provinces (autonomous regions), is typical of the "three low" oil fields. Based on "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",2015, Changqing oilfield will reach 50 million tons of oil equivalent, the total number of wells will reach 50,000. Annual consumption of nearly 1 billion kwh (7 machines), oil production accounted for 60% of total electricity consumption, the main energy-hungry. About 20% of the average system efficiency of pumping oil, below the national average, in order to further improve the efficiency of pumping oil recovery systems, energy conservation, lower mining costs, the establishment of a low-carbon conservation-oriented enterprises to achieve cost-effective oil field development, research and development digital pumping is particularly important. In this paper, the actual field work is proposed from the viewpoint of the overall system point of view, the use of "standardized design and modular construction" management philosophy, the wellhead acquisition module, pumping effectively centralized control unit, and increased auto-balance function of stroke, realize digital management and intelligent control in the true sense.Based on the various domestic pumping classified summary of the analysis, the main application for Changqing Oilfield beam pumping unit to focus on analysis, system efficiency by beam pumping unit and perform calculations energy consumption analysis to identify the main factors of efficiency losses, proposed appropriate measures to be taken.
