Along with the economic development, people’s living conditions are improving, more and more people like to go out for the outdoor sports, which promotes the rise and development of the sportswear industry. In this case, however, sports knitting fabrics are required to obtain higher functions, not only have the cool feeling which is created by the hygroscopic quick-drying properties, but also the antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet functions. The current researches of the sports knitting fabrics have focused on the moisture absorption and quick-drying performances.There are some defects in function and the using of raw material, and it affects functions of the summer outdoor sportswear. This topic aims to improve the performances for the sports knitting fabrics from three parts: raw materials, mixed proportion and fabric structures, then develops a new fabric which is suitable for summer outdoor sports.This topic selects the jade polyester filament and tencel yarn to weave knitting fabrics. The jade polyester filament has natural antibacterial performance and health care function, which are suitable for knitting sports field. But it’s physical and mechanical performance is poor. In order to adapt to the strength requirement of the knitting fabric, tencel yarn with high strength is chosen to interweave with jade polyester filament. Due to the good functions, the bamboo charcoal polyester filament is regarded as a comparison sample of jade polyester filament.Optimizing the physical and mechanical properties of the jade knitting, while a new type of outdoor summer knitted fabric should be developed. First, the L9(34) orthogonal test table could be designed according to the three factors: raw materials, mixed proportion and the structures,then get 9 groups of experiment schemes. In terms of 9 kinds of different fabrics, this paper tests fabrics’ specifications(fabric density, thickness and the weight) and the performances(cool sensibility, antimicrobial properties, moisture absorption and quick drying, permeability,elasticity and burst). The orthogonal experiment analysis method is used to describe the properties of jade knitted fabrics, and analyze the relationship among the veil raw materials,mixed proportion and the organizational structure. Then grey nearly optimal comprehensive evaluation theory is used to calculate the near optimal degree that could evaluate the comprehensive properties, and the optimal solution can be got. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and curve fitting method are used to study and analyze the effect of the fabric’s thickness and color on the UV resistance.Through this topic research and analysis show that the comprehensive performance of the jade knitted fabric is obviously better than that of the bamboo charcoal knitted fabric. In these 9 kinds of fabrics, the 9thfabric(tencel and jade interweave into 1×1 rib fabric according to 50/50 mixedproportion) has a better comprehensive performance than the others. In addition, the jade fabric has a certain anti ultraviolet function, the horizontal density is the most significant factor against ultraviolet radiation, then the thickness of fabrics. In terms of fabric structure, the double rib fabrics are the best in UV effect, the 1×1 rib fabrics are better than the weft plain fabrics. Dyed fabric anti UV effect is better than that of white fabric. In different colors, the black fabric and the green are good in the effect of UV. The red, orange, and yellow are in the medium level. The blue and the white are poor.This paper improve the knitting fabric’s comprehensive performance from raw materials,mixed ratio and the structures, and get good solution that has better comprehensive performance than other samples, which not only solved the function requirements of outdoor summer knitting fabric, but also provide new ideas for the development of sports industry.
