The Applied Research Of Papermaking Chemicals In High-strength Corrugated Base Paper

With the increasing requirements for packaging industry to low quantitative packaging materials, the quality requirements are increasingly high corrugated paper. In order to satisfy clients’ demand for higher quality, papers track focusing on the application of Anhui Shanying Ltd. papermaking chemicals of corrugated paper, and according to the tracking data analysis to find paper machine the appropriate technology of using the papermaking chemicals. The main paper chemicals there are many, such as retention and drainage aids, internal sizing AKD, surface sizing agent and aluminum sulfate and the like. While wastewater treatment loads are discussed in this paper.During the low weight high-strength corrugated base paper production, paper track production for retention and drainage aids. Combined with production conditions, it is tracked in the 90 g/m2 high-strength corrugated paper retention and drainage technology, ultimately the suitable technology for the retention and filtration aid amount of 0.69 kg/t(paper), including polymer(CPAM) 0.43 kg/t(paper), micro polymer 0.26 kg/t(paper).Pulp internal sizing agent is tracked on the high-strength corrugated production process, the top and the bottom add amount of 7.8 kg/t AKD(paper). To discuss sizing mechanism of neutral sizing agent AKD, and compared with the same type sizing agent ASA. At last sizing agent main influencing factors are discussed in this paper.In high-strength corrugated base paper surface sizing process, the sheet can achieve good results mixing the surface sizing agent and starch. This is to improve the physical strength of the paper, and can significantly increase the water resistance of the sheet. Combined with the actual production process, the consumption of starch is 40±1 kg/t(paper), and the consumption of surface sizing agent is 2~3 kg/t(paper). Tracking the water absorption value of the paper, it found sizing effect of cassava starch is stable. Considering the cost of production and paper machine running stability, cassava starch is superior to corn starch.In the production of high-strength corrugated base paper, white water closed cycle degree increase, and papermaking chemicals extensive use, so aggregation and concentration of the anionic impurities are more and more high. Papermaking system used in the process of aluminum sulfate to capture the anionic trash, and cationic demand of this system and the electrical conductivity are reduced.Fenton oxidation technology was used to treat papermaking wastewater in actual production process. White water closure, triple pressed four roller and film transformation sizing were applied for the purpose of water conservation and energy efficiency. These new technologies can significantly reduce steam consumption and production costs.
