Is based on the oil for heating, destroy oil internal organization, making the fuel oil efficiency is higher, squeeze out the oil quality is better, the fried seeds machine is an important equipment in oil processing. At present mostly fried seeds machine were partial type, this way of fried efficiency is lower, and can’t continuous baked fried. It is important theoretical value and practical significance to improve the efficiency and quality, through studies the movement of continuous machine and material.Based on the theory of discrete element method, This paper use the EDEM simulated the movement of drum, according to the simulation results throwing plate structure and particles are studied, and according to the results of these studies optimized the fried seeds machine. Finally, the control system of the machine were analyzed and researched. Research work is as follows:First of all, introduced the discrete element method theory and related concepts, and combining with the research of this article determine the related parameters of particles, and using the EDEM simulated the movement of material, according to the simulation results analysis the motion law of particles. The analysis results show that the feed plate pitch change, also is the feed plate and the change of angle between the axis is one of the important factors to feed plate movement, its shape and installation angle has a lot to do to the feed plate and particles.Secondly, according to the several kinds of common feed plate, in different installation angle, corner cases, analyzed the particles of the shoes and the relation of the blanking scope, and gives the feed plate structure optimization scheme combined with the front EDEM simulation results.Finally, the control system of the machine were analyzed, based on the analysis of the structure of the machine and baked fried principle, the machine of the temperature and humidity control and speed control is presented, and made the analysis of the control system hardware choice, also for the control system of upper machine and lower machine made design is introduced.The research provide theoretical basis for new type fried seeds machine improvements, implement oil deep processing equipment upgrading, further push our country agricultural machinery modernization.
