In recent years, with the development of Chinese machinery industry, hole machining tool are increasingly demanding,our tool industry is in a stage of rapid development. In the actual processing, in order to improve the status of the tool rely heavily on exports,our tool industry is gradually realize localization of production. In a diesel engine cylinder head machining, machining valve guide hole is the most critical step, it requires high machining precision and quality, the majority of our dieselbusinesses using imported reamers, domestic reamer has poor processing quality, low life.This issue is to develop hole cutter reamers of high-performance for diesel engines automotive valve guide,doing experiment, select the optimal parameters of high-performance reamers.Through theoretical and practical analysis, successfully produced four different performance parameters reamers, in nine reasonable cutting parameters ream gray cast iron HT200,according to this test to make a detailed analysis of wear and machining quality hole tool.Through the high-performance reamers parameter optimization selected machining gray cast iron HT200 optimal performance reamers, and then solve practical problems.
