| There is a much higher precision requirement in the manufacture processing field couples with the developing technology.Complex reamer,which belongs to one kind of compound tools that functions both counter boring and reaming,carries out with stable and efficient cutting motion,that cutting with this kind of tool could ensure the hole with high surface finish and precision.Considering the machining allowance and processing efficiency,it is widely used in the finish machining field of hole.In spite of its benefits in the processing production,owing to its complex geometric construction,there are still many difficulties in the compound reamer tool manufacturing process and in the process of geometrical parameter designing,thereby the reaming quality and cutting life can hardly meet the ideal requirements.Focusing on rake angle of the complex reamer in this thesis,its basic geometric construction is introduced combining field processing projects and the mathematical model for the rake angle has been built.Theoretically the impact of the complex reamer rake angle on cutting process is analyzed,which regards as the theoretical foundation for complex reamer designing and cutter grinding.Three complex reamer with different radial rake angle have been designed and been grinded by CNC tool machine.Focused on the difficulty on measuring complex reamer rake angle,a new measuring method based on contourgraph is presented.The comparing experiment has been carried out for comparing the impact on cutting process by complex reamers with different radial rake angles,which the machining precision and surface roughness of the target workpiece have been measured and the results shows that rake angle partly decides reaming process in the carbon steel course of working,complex reamer of Φ12 with rake angle of 24° features best cutting performance in cutting Q235B process. |
