Low-carbon economy referred to greenhouse gas emissions at the lowest possible mode of economic development. Efficient biomass utilization technology can reduce about 90% CO2 comparing with fossil fuel,it’s effective measure for reduce CO2. Crop straw resources are abundant in China, In the development of low-carbon economy plays an important role of preparation the use of fuel ethanol from biomass resources.Fuel ethanol was produced by straw waste pretreatment, hydrolysis, fermentation.pretreatment was the key.The usual methods of pretreatment have the disadvantages of high cost and pollution.straw pretreatment with liquefaction using a variety of liquid agent was studied. The waste liquid of pretreatment was preparation of polyurethane foam.straw pretreatment with liquefaction,effects of different agents on the straw liquefaction was studying.And the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time, sulfuric acid concentration and liquid/solid ratio on the content of cellulose of liquefy production were investigated,under the different liquefying agent.The result indicated:glycol,Polyethylene glycol and phenol could be used as liquefying agent.In the ideal conditions for liquefaction which the content of cellulose of liquefied product was 58.2%,53.0% and 62% respectively;The granularity of cellulose was decreased obviously and the gap within fiber bundle was increased by experiment of SEM,it was good for fermentation.straw pretreatment with"the liquefied technology",a new chemical materials for use in preparation of polyurethane foam from liquefaction of lignin and so on. Effects of isoeyanate index, water amounts, silicone oil amounts on the content of capability of polyurethane foams were investigated. We can find a reasonable process conditions for preparation of polyurethane foam. The compressive strength of polyurethane foam is 481.56kPa, the density is 83.64 kg/m3,and the cell structure is even.
