Vulcanizine machine is one of the most important equipment in tire industry.There are many kinds of Vulcanizer equipment,and the total investment of tire enterprise equipment in this equipment accounts for more than 30%.Tire is a kind of hot-pressing die product.Its production efficiency and appearance quality are determined by the vulcanizine machine.About 75% of the energy loss is consumed in the vulcanizine machine.How to achieve energy-saving and efficiency-increasing in vulcanizing machine equipment has become the main demand of tire factory to improve quality and efficiency.According to the working status of hydraulic system and the actual project,the hydraulic principle scheme of hydraulic system which is drived by constant pressure variable displacement pump is analyzed.And the reasons of energy loss are given for different flow and pressure demands of controlling the load in the oil circuit.After simplifying the principle model,AMEsim is applied to simulate the constant pressure variable displacement pump and valve-controlled oil circuit,and the energy loss under various working conditions is analyzed.It also puts forward a modification scheme based on servo motor with ration pump,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the speed of the cylinder or motor.Because the hydraulic system of servo motor with ration pump has advantages of high control accuracy,wide speed range,high efficiency and energy saving,the in-depth study on the control characteristics of servo motor will be helpful to the further application of servo motor.Through consulting the literature,analyzing the classification of servo system,the composition of servo system and the main control methods of servo motor.The mathematical model of PMSM after DQ axis conversion is theoretically deduced,and various control methods of servo motor are Analysing.The detailed scheme of servo motor with quantitative pump as power unit is determined.The energy consumption of the hydraulic system of renovation project is analyzed.From the theoretical point of view,it is concluded that the servo motor quantitative pump as the main power source has the effect of energy saving.According to the actual working conditions,the hydraulic system with servo motor quantitative pump as power source was reformed,and the valve-controlled components in the control oil circuit were cancelled,and the energy consumption experiment under no-load condition was carried out.The test results show that the hydraulic system based on servo motor quantitative pump as power unit has good energy-saving effect,compared with the constant pressure variable pump valve control system,energy-saving reaches 31.6%.At the same time,the project lays a foundation for similar research work in the future.
