| Electrical Resistance Tomography is technology of remaining oil distribution detection,ERT system mainly consists of a high-power current transmitter and a receiver of information gathering potential of the composition.The function of ERT system is emitting high power current into underground and then get the crack reaching direction by measuring the change of surface potential after added new media.At present,the technology has been widely served for China’s oil and gas field the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas field in China.Between 2013 and 2015, ERT system has successfully carried on the field monitoring experiment for many times in Daqing oilfield, Liaohe oilfield,Shanxi coal-bed gas field and Guizhou coal-bed for many times, and all the tests has been reaching the fracturing crack direction.With the ERT system working in the engineering field of practical tests,ERT system has some functionality needded to be improved and enhanced. Transmitter and the receiver, due to the limitation of the topography,can not be connected with the synchronous line, the transmitter appears the phenomenon of high temperature when the outdoor temperature is high and emission current is high,so the dissipation function of the transmitter needs to be improved.This improvement design is based on the platform of existing detection instrument consisting of the transmitter and the receiver.the transmitter and receiver realize the synchronization by using GPS synchronization technology and combining with the existing hardware.Existing heat sink can’t meet the function of transmitter heat dissipation, so the transmitteroin need add DC fan to improve the cooling capacity.The center of improved cooling system is 51 single chip microcomputer which is real-time monitoring the panel temperature of the transmitter.51 singlechip microcomputeris is driving the fan when the temperature is higher than setting temperature value.On both sides of the fan add infrared transmitting tube and infrared receiving tube which can generate pulse signal.The signal come into the microcontroller after amplification and rectification circuit.By calculating the interruption times of accurate time and according to the number of fan blades,microcomputer can get the fan speed.And by using PID control technology to accurately control the speed, the system can get the best speed to meet the requirements of heat dissipation.Zig Bee technology is far communication wireless technology,The main chip CC2530 constitute the Zig Bee node. After adding cc2591 RF chip, communication distance has been greatly improved,reaching the working standard in the field. |
