The advanced control technology plays a more and more important role in cement production after decades of development. the early distributed control System control system is used only for the main process control line of clinker production process in the industry.Distributed Control System system has covered various aspects in the whole production process of the cement clinker and made a great contribution to the clinker output table, stable quality, improve equipment operation rate after many years development.but the production of cement is in order to achieve the "average stability" and "wind-coal-material balance, need comprehensive consideration of raw materials, equipment and instrumentation,clinker association between each subsystem and so on, automatic control operation must solve many control problems of multi variable, large inertia and large delay, nonlinear and time-varying, it is beared beyond the scope of conventional control technology, result is automatically controlled but long time continuous debugging.The use of time is short,frequent adjustment and the ability to cope with various conditions is a serious shortage, it is not only improve the operation quality, but also increased the workload of operators and maintenance personnelThe choice of decomposition furnace outlet temperature of the kiln head and pressure are two key parameters as the system optimization goal,in the full analysis of the cement sintering based on the system of the production process and production equipment and from the point view of Yatai Acheng cement site of the burning system characteristics, On the basis of model free adaptive control, instrumentation and fault-tolerant technology, through the adaptive control universal model of optimization and control and the model of the integration of optimization, the operation of each instruction generation are considered in theprocess of its own characteristics and other factors influence on their own, effective identification and suppression of time variant or mutation induced perturbation, free modeling prediction algorithm is guaranteed to adjust the action happened earlier and more appropriate, more smooth and steady, operation behavior more reasonable.The controlling system control parameters of sources to meet the needs of production and experiment and development. The experimental site for Yatai building materials, Ltd.Acheng 5000t/d cement production line of cement clinker burning. The use of OPC technology, the DCS system uses plug-in control program, the successful implementation of the application of advanced control algorithm in the field of cement. Using industrial PC computer as MFA control software operation platform, through the communication network connecting DCS system of the OPC server software, get the real-time data from the production process is used to compute the control, and the results by the DCS control system to send to the scene corresponding actuator operation is performed to achieve the process variables of the closed-loop control. Make full use of the DCS system, and the measurement instrument of existing actuator.Through the field bus communication mode and DCS system connected to establish a real-time data exchange mechanism, each control cycle from DCS to obtain current information, advanced control algorithm to calculate the control instruction sent DCS transported to the site of the actuator, to realize the decomposition coordination of furnace temperature, stable kiln head pressure, while suppressing high temperature blower and coal mill hot-air variation of kiln head pressure disturbance, so as to achieve a decomposition of the outlet temperature of the furnace and kiln head pressure control optimization, the whole system have significantly increased in stable quality, coal saving, electricity saving, etc.
