The goat hair is used to develop goat hair heat interlining in this topic, with goat hair, ES fiber and polyester as raw materials, the goat hair interlining products are produced by varying the ratio of goat hair and ES fiber, in a non-woven needle-punched and hot rolling process production line, also, coating process and compatibility process are researched. The goat hair interlining is tested and analyzed, which can come out the suitable process and optimum process parameters for producing goat hair interlining.There were three stages in this topic. First, the needle punching density of producing thin goat products was pre-researched and hot rolling process parameters were researched.In the second stage, the goat hair interlining was designed, processed and tested, and orthogonal experiment was designed with the ration of goat hair and ES fiber as two factors for the three levels, besides, the products were produced and performances were tested and analyzed in this stage. The third stage was the production and application of the goat hair heat fusible interlining, which was coating process research and compatibility process on goat hair interlining. In these three stages, 45 kinds of samples were produced,tested and analyzed, and the relative conclusions were as follows:(1) Goat hair heat fusible interlining is successfully developed by goat hair, the reasonable process is: raw materials mixed openingâ†'cardingâ†'lappingâ†'needlingâ†'hot rollingâ†'coating.(2) The reasonable process parameters are confirmed, the needling density is 50needle/cm2, hot rolling temperature is 150℃, hot roll speed is 0.98m/min, and hot roll gauge is 0.18 mm.(3) The goat hair interlining properties are tested and analyzed by range analysis,including weight per square meter, thickness, permeability, tensile strength and wrinkle recovery etc. Meanwhile it is concluded that the optimal combination of this subject is A2B3, namely the sixth group products, and the goat hair content is 50%, ES fiber content is 40%, polyester fiber content is 10%.(4) In the experimental research, PA and PES are used as two kinds of hot melt adhesive, and the point method is used as coating method, besides, the amount of adhesive is 25±5g/m2, hot melt consolidation desired temperature is 130℃, and drying time is 1min.Iron is used in compatibility process, and pressing temperature is 150℃, pressing time is20 s. In the compatibility between the goat hair heat fusible interlining and wool,wool-polyester, polyester three kinds of fabrics, the peeling strength, bending stiffness and crease recovery properties of the compatibility samples are tested and analyzed. Concluded that: PA hot melt adhesive is more suitable for goat hair heat fusible interlining and wool,wool-polyester, polyester three kinds of fabric compatibility, the compatible property between goat hair heat fusible interlining and wool-polyester is optimal, followed by wool and polyester. Generally speaking, these three kinds of fabrics can be well compatible with goat hair heat fusible interlining.Research methods and conclusions can be used as a good reference and guiding significance to develop and process goat wool heat fusible interlining in this topic.
