Interlining And Bonding Process On The Impact Of Clothing Appearance And Performance

The fusible interlining is one kind of linings which is popular used presently, it models and keeps the shape of the clothing, makes the clothing more beautiful, slim, graceful and comfortable (compared to the other linings), has greatly improved the wear abilities and use performance of the clothing.Wear abilities includes mechanics performance, appearance performances, hygiene performances and durable performances, etc. The influence of interlinings and paste technology to wear abilities of the clothing, especially to mechanics performance, appearance performance, hygiene performance and comfortable performance (such as clothing gas, moisture and water permeabilities) have been investigated by many experts, the influence on the appearance performances are studied in this paper.Appearance performances include drape pendency, stiffness and crease recovering, etc.The drape pendency of clothing is shape character that demonstrated in case of natural pendency. It is the main content in the appearance style of the clothing, and also concentrated reflection of partial wear ability in appearance of clothing.Stiffness means the ability of clothing that resist the bending distortion, it is an index of hand value.The resume from crease of clothing is an important index of clothing. When clothing get outside force, it may distortion. Then take the force away, saw about the change of clothing. We can educe one of character of clothing.In this paper, two kinds of clothing materials and linings are pasted under different pasted technology parameters. The influence of linings and different pasted technologies on drape pendency, stiffness and crease recovering of the clothing has been investigated through orthogonal experiments, from the results, it can be concluded that the influence of linings and different pasted technologies on drape pendency, stiffness and crease recovering of the clothing is remarkable.The research of this paper has important directive significance for enterprises to choosing linings and designing pasted technologies rationally, and has much reference value tocorrelative researches.
