In this paper, we recombinant moving bed biofilm reactor with a fixed bed biofilm reactor to form an integrated immobilized biological treatment device as the advanced processing unit of biological treatment, then the combined reactor was coupled with Fenton process as the advanced processing unit of papermaking terminal. At last we compared the treatment effect and economic benefits of the combination process with immobilized biological and Fenton. On the application of immobilized biological in papermaking wastewater treatment, we propose a new process.In the experiments of immobilized biological process for papermaking terminals wastewater, the quality of effluent is unstable, by investigating the changes of pH, Turbidity、Chromaticity, NH3-N and COD, we find that the changes of pH of the combined process is not obvious, the pH of effluent increase slightly;the turbidity change obvious, ultimately it’s less than 10NTU; in the stable operation stage, the chroma of effluent is substantially less than 10 times; the removal rate of NH3-N is greater than 84%; because the changes of water quality is not comply with the design parameters and the fluidization of filler is undesirable, the removal rate of COD is unsatisfactory, it reach at 69%. During the experiment, we investigate the ability of resistance to impact loads due to the changes of flow and water quality, the combined reactor has good impact resistance for both changes above.Fenton system has a good efficiency on COD removal for papermaking terminal wasterwater treatment, it has good water quality of effluent in the course of that, but for Fenton system, it has the comment problem of physical and chemical methods:dosing capacity, high processing costs> generate a lot of intractable chemical mud. Fenton system greatly reduces the mount of regents when it uses to treat papermaking terminal wastewater, which has through the treatment of immobilized biological reactor.The combined process of immobilized biological and Fenton for papermaking wastewater terminal is not only to ensure good water effects but also greatly reduce the cost of wastewater treatment, increase economic efficiency and social benefits.
