The Process Design Of Waste Pulp And Papermaking Wastewater Treatment By Biochemical-Fenton

Paper pulping and making wastewater(PPMW)was widely regarded as the great pollution in the traditional economic development.For all aspects of paper pulping and making wastewater,such as wastewater total amount and pollution total amount are the top of pollutants,and its disposal difficulty is second only to wastewater from chemical industry.Therefore,how to dispose PPMW has become the most important problem in water pollution treatment.The situation of environmental protection is becoming more and more serious,wastewater treatment of PPMW has become the most important factors affecting survival of pulp and paper enterprise.Recently with the raid development of and pulp and paper making industry and the attention of the green ecological environment,Pulp and paper industry pay more attention on utilization of recycled fibers.which make a consequence of poor quality of regenerated fibers.Chemical additives was widely applied in the paper-manufacturing process to ensure the quality of the production of paper products.The wide application of chemical additives made how to dispose PPMW become more and more difficult.With water resources scarcity and the implementation of the latest environmental regulations in China,the national wastewater discharge standard and request of total amount of pollutant became more and more strict,many companies have to adopt a zero discharge or a small number of way.So the new wastewater treatment technology has become imperative due to new requirements.In another word,many new treatment technology has succeed in application,how to choose proper process become a most important problem.Early treatment process usually adopt simple secondary treatment process,the combination of materialization and aerobic biological technology.But the treatment process has not satisfy the request of the national wastewater discharge standard.Nowadays,new treatment process combined materialization,physicochemical biochemical,anaerobic aerobic biochemical and fenton treatment has been widely applied,and realize the recycle of wastewater and sewage sludge.Based on the actual project of waste paper pulping and papermaking wastewater are studied,based on the comparative analysis of various wastewater treatment process,selection of the integration of coagulation precipitation + UASB + + fenton oxidation ditch treatment process flow,design for the various structures is calculated.Actual operation results show that this process is feasible,complete control of water under the emission requirements,its running cost control in a reasonable range.
