This thesis introduced the present development situation of the water-soluble fertilizer and the important role of wetting agent to raise the utilization ratio of water-soluble fertilizer. The surface tension was determined by determining the wetted area directly and with the maximum bubble pressure method.. Results showed that the effect of different wetting agents on the spraying liquid wettability of different water-soluble fertilizers was different, and the effect of the same wetting agents on the spraying liquid wettability of different water-soluble fertilizers was also different. The effect of SDBS as a usual wetting agent on the spraying liquid wettability of different water-soluble fertilizers was different. The optimal additive amounts of the SDBS were different in various water-soluble fertilizers. The optimal additive amount was 0.3g/L for macroelement, mid-elements and amino-acid water-soluble fertilizers, while that was 0.45g/L for microelement and humic-acid water-soluble fertilizers. But, when the SDBS was added into mid-elements, microelement and amino-acid water-soluble fertilizer, spraying liquid, the precipitation phenomenon were generated, leading to the nutrient element content in the liquid reduced and fertilizer efficiency weaken.. Hence, the SDBS was not suitable for mid-elements, microelement and amino-acid water-soluble fertilizers. The wettability of macroelement and humic-acid water-soluble fertilizers could not be improved obviously by organosilicon. Consequently, it was not suitable to add organosilicon into macroelement and humic-acid water-soluble fertilizers. The optimal additive amount of organosilicon was 0.06% for mid-elements water-soluble fertilizers, while that was 0.04% for microelement water-soluble fertilizers. The wetted area was increased to 1.9 times. The optimal additive amount of organosilicon was 0.10% for amino-acid water-soluble fertilizers, and the wetting effect was well. The new azone was better than other wetting agents. The optimal additive amounts of the new azone were different in various water-soluble fertilizers. Results showed that the optimal additive amounts of new azone were different in various water-soluble fertilizers. The optimal additive amount was 0.04% for macroelement and mid-elements water-soluble fertilizers, while that was 0.06% for microelement, amino-acid and humic-acid water-soluble fertilizers. The wetted area was increased to double, and the wetting effect was well. What is more, artificial intelligence incubator was used to investigate the effect of soaking seed in four kinds of water-soluble fertilizers, which is added into wetting agents, on corn and pea seeds protease activity, amylase activity, root activity, germination rate, root length, plant height and aboveground dry weight. Research results showed that the corn seeds were suitable to be soaked in a mixed solution of 0.04% new azone and mid-elements water-soluble fertilizers, while pea seeds were suitable to be soaked in a mixed solution of 0.04% organosilicon and microelement water-soluble fertilizers. The protease activity, amylase activity, root activity, germination rate, root length, plant height and aboveground dry weight of corn and pea seeds could be improved by using wetting agents and water-soluble fertilizers.
